Inbound Customer Service Representative
An Inbound customer service rep handles a high volume of customer inquiries and complaints. Must have excellent communication skills and a smiling, professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability required. Must be able to pass a spelling and grammar test. Works weekday evenings and weekend days.
Customer Service Supervisor
A Customer Service Supervisor leads and manages inbound call takers in a fast-paced environment. Provides support and guidance, and ensures efficient handling of customer inquiries and complaints. Must have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and call center training. Works weekday nights and weekends.
